Introduction

  • Ficuz is an online platform that connects clients and clients, providing services such as project matching, transaction management and payment guarantee.

Account Registration and Management

  • To use Ficuz, you need to register an account and provide correct personal information.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and may not share your account with others.
  • Ficuz reserves the right to suspend or terminate account privileges if suspicious activity is detected.

Platform Usage Rules

Case acceptors: Should provide services in good faith and shall not submit false information or plagiarize other people's works.

Clients: Should provide clear work requirements and ensure that freelancers are paid on time.

Prohibited Conduct:

  • Any fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity.
  • Conduct private transactions outside the platform to avoid platform fees.
  • Posting inappropriate content such as hate speech, offensive content, or spam.

Refunds and Dispute Resolution

  • Refund Request: If there is a transaction dispute, you can go to "Refund PolicyMake an application and Ficuz will rule on the evidence.
  • Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises between the client and the receiver, Ficuz can act as an arbitrator to help resolve the issue.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Ficuz may collect and process your personal information to provide you with a better service experience.

Limitation of Liability

  • Ficuz primarily acts as a matching platform and is not responsible for the outcome of transactions between freelancers or clients.
  • If the service is interrupted due to technical problems on the platform, Ficuz will try its best to repair it but will not bear any additional compensation liability.

Changes to the Terms

  • Ficuz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the modified Terms will be effective upon posting. If you continue to use this platform, you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.

Security of Personal Data

  • Without the member's consent, Ficuz will never provide the member's personal information to any third party unrelated to the website's services.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

  • The personal information obtained by the website is only used by Ficuz for internal and stated purposes and scope. Ficuz will not provide the information to any third party without prior notice or in accordance with legal requirements.

  • The purpose of collection is for marketing, consumer, customer management and service, online shopping and other e-commerce services, as well as survey, statistics and research analysis. Ficuz will collect personal information through the process of you joining the membership or conducting transactions.

Premium Plan Refund Policy

All customers who subscribe to the Premium plan on Ficuz are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period.
If you have any questions about the Premium plan service, please keep the invoice in a safe place and apply for a refund according to the following method.

Eligible for refund and return

  • If there is a physical invoice, it should be returned together with the invoice, otherwise Ficuz has the right to reject your return and refund request.

Unconditional return and exchange

  • The product does not match the ordered product.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following situations

  • Subscribe to Ficuz Premium plan for more than 7 days.
Return and Exchange Method
  • Please contact us (email: vtropdesign@gmail.com) so that we can handle it for you in time, and indicate the orderer's name, contact number, and reason for refund.

  • After receiving your letter and confirming it is correct, we will arrange for someone to contact you.

Refund Policy
  • If your refund or return request is approved, we will refund the money to your designated credit card or designated account via the original payment channel of the order.

  • The time it takes for a refund to be credited to your account will depend on the card-issuing bank or the number of days it takes for the bank to process the refund. Please confirm with your card-issuing institution or bank.
