Ficuz's "Job Board" is an area on the platform where you can actively apply for projects.
Here you can browse the design or modeling requirements posted by clients and submit proposals for cases you are interested in.
This function is very suitable for designers who are just starting to take on projects.No need to wait for clients to come to you, you can take the initiative!
How to find the job board?
- Log in to your Ficuz account
- Click on the "Find a job"
- Browse all currently open 3D project commissions
You can search by keywords or filter (such as character modeling, textures, animation, etc.) to find the case that best suits you.
What information will you see before making a proposal?
Each project requirement will display the following fields:
- 📝 專案標題與描述內容
- 🧠 所需技能（建模、動畫、特效等）
- 💰 預算範圍
- 🗓️ 預計交付時間與截止日
- 📁 授權與使用條件（如：是否用於商業）
This information will help you decide whether to make a proposal and how to make a quotation.
What do you fill out when submitting a proposal?
After clicking "I want to apply", the system will open the proposal submission window. You need to fill in the following fields:
- Proposal content (limited to 1000 words)
It is recommended that you write about your past experience, estimation process, delivery method, service details and any additional ideas. - Estimated price (NTD)
Here is the total compensation you want to receive for this project (This is the total project fee, not the hourly wage.). This can be determined based on workload, estimated hours, and whether additional items are included. - Delivery Days
For example: "Delivery within 7 days", "First draft can be completed in 14 days", etc., to make the client confident about the schedule.
💡 Tips:
If you are a senior or VIP member, you can also send a message directly to the client after submitting the case to enhance communication efficiency!
How to write a proposal that will impress the client?

- 📁 附上相關作品連結（ArtStation、Behance、Ficuz 上的服務）
- ⏳ 提出合理時程與服務項目範圍
- 🗣️ 如果有修稿／授權／交付細節，可一起列出
✅ Example opening:
“Hello, after reading your project description, I think this is a good fit for me. I have previously done realistic character modeling for a UE5 game, and also handled rigging and action display. Here are the links to the relevant works for reference…”
Need to track the progress of your proposal?
If you don’t receive a response within three days of submitting your proposal, you can simply ask politely:
"Hi~ I would like to ask if there is any opportunity for further cooperation on the proposal I submitted. If you need any additional information, I would be happy to provide it. Thank you!"
⚠️ 提案時請注意這些事：
- Don’t use exact copy and paste text
- Don't leave out the quotation and delivery time, it will appear unprofessional
- If you are not sure about the content of the entrustment, you can first send a private message or leave a message to ask
- Only members with the required membership level can unlock the full information and messaging functions
